How do I find my niche?

You don't pick a niche. A niche picks you. Do the work. The work reveals the niche.

Most people try to find the perfect niche before they start. This is backwards. The niche emerges from the work.

Say yes to everything first. Take on different projects. Build different things. Pay attention to what you enjoy, what you're good at, and what people pay for. The intersection of those three is your niche.

"Finding your passion will have you going in circles. Finding a problem you're passionate about solving will give you direction." The niche is the problem, not the topic.

1. Say yes to almost everything. 2. Figure out what you're good at. 3. Say no to almost everything.
