Teach one outcome manually, document the steps, package the repeatable parts, and sell the proof.
Expertise is invisible until it creates a result. Start with a specific person and a specific problem. Help them get a result. Then write down exactly what moved them from before to after.
That documentation becomes the raw material: a template, checklist, workshop, course, software tool, or diagnostic. Do not start with the format. Start with the transformation.
The easiest product to sell is the one that already worked as a service. The service gives you language, objections, examples, proof, and pricing context. The product packages what the service proved.
