How do I get hired without experience?

Create proof of work. Build something for the company you want to work for — without asking. The work is the application.

The traditional path: get a degree, write a resume, apply, hope someone picks you. Every step requires permission.

The permissionless path: pick someone you want to work with. Study their business. Build something that helps them — a redesign, a tool, an analysis. Share it publicly. Tag them.

Worst case: you have a portfolio piece. Best case: they hire you. Either way, you've created proof of work that compounds. Every piece you publish makes the next opportunity more likely.

Nobody cares what you can do. Everyone cares what you can do for them. Show the work.
