There are two ways to earn online: labor and leverage. Labor means trading your time — freelancing, consulting, hourly work. It pays, but it has a ceiling.
Leverage means building something once that keeps earning. A course, a template, a tool, a piece of content. You do the work once. It generates revenue indefinitely.
The path: start with labor (get good, get paid), then transition to leverage (package what you learned). The first dollar from leverage changes everything — it proves the model works.
